QA/QC Manager – Data Centre Delivery – Sweden

 

An expanding contractor focused on high-tech infrastructure across the Nordics is seeking a QA/QC Manager to take ownership of project quality on a hyperscale data centre in Sweden.

 

This site-based leadership role suits a quality professional experienced in managing multi-discipline teams and ensuring full compliance across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS at site level, including audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Support subcontractor quality performance and manage ITPs and QA documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead non-conformance tracking and corrective/preventive action procedures.
  • Deliver quality reports to project leadership and client teams.
  • Guide teams on technical standards including ISO 9001, 45001, EN 50600, and industry certifications.
  • Liaise with commissioning, safety, and engineering functions to ensure integrated quality control.

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or Construction Management
  • 5+ years in a QA/QC leadership role on complex builds, ideally data centres or industrial plants
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO and EU construction standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English; Swedish experience is beneficial
  • EU passport or valid right to work in Sweden
